Jay Narang,

Mr. Narang is an entrepreneur with an active involvement in various efforts affecting the local community. Some of the firms he had founded include a global services firm (GDKN), with employees serving clients in 47 states in the U.S, Canada, Europe, South America and Asia.

His latest venture (Tech Army, LLC) offers IT Consulting, Business Process Automation utilizing firm’s Custom Application Software Development Services and Staffing Services. He was also the Co-Founder TechRev, a Software Products/Solutions firm that has developed a disruptive invention DEW utilizing AI (Artificial Intelligence) in software technology space. Another notable venture is ECMS, a payment processing solutions firm, with a product called Donate Bucket.

Mr. Narang has been in the IT industry for over 25 years. He has a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Technology, Advanced Management Education from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and Finance for Senior Executives from Harvard Business School. He has worked in different capacities/arenas ranging from Systems Engineering to Senior Technical Management at several Fortune 500 firms including, IBM, MCI (now part of Verizon), Florida Power and Light etc.

Jay serves as Chairman, State of Florida’s advisory Council on Small and minority Business Development (FACSMBD) and Advisory board member of State of Florida’s SBDC (Small business Development Center). He is a Board member of FSMSDC (NMSDC’s Florida chapter), and Florida Advisory Board Member for USGLC (US Global Leadership Council).

Some of the coveted awards won by him and his companies include – NMSDC’s Crystal Award in 2009, Top 100 MBE in 2009, 2010, and 2011 Award by Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, SFMSDC’s prestigious “Supplier of the Year Award” in September 2008, 2012 and 2016, Business Leader Media’s 2011 TOP 300 Small Business of the South Award (Ranked amongst Top 10). Jay was a recipient of the “Champion Award” for his outstanding leadership in support of the Florida State Minority Supplier Development Council.

Alejandro Maturell,

General of Business Development.

Mr. Maturell has over twenty-two (22) years of sales/business development experience, including finance sales with several large banking companies, such as Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and PNC Bank as well as holding several mid-level executive positions.

He has led multiple large sales and operational teams at the area and regional level in multiple markets, including Florida and Massachusetts. Under his leadership his sales teams have grown market share and sales in excess of $350 million annually consistently. He is a past Board Member of NAHREP South Florida and Executive Board Member/Treasurer of NAHREP Boston. To add, he has multiple sales certifications including Sales Mastery. He joined Tech Army in 2018 and is leading the sales and business development efforts for the company.

Al Garg

Mr. Al has over 30 years of Sales & Marketing experience in various industries. During this period, he has worked in multiple geographies and has climbed the corporate ladder from a frontline salesperson to the highest levels in the respective departments & firms.

He has a demonstrated history of working in ITES, Pharmaceuticals & consumer retail goods industries. Skilled in Marketing Research & Key Account Management with special emphasis on Business Strategy. He has Strong support professionally with a degree in business Management.

He has been instrumental in launching different brands of the organizations and few of them have become the leaders in their respective categories & industries.

He has a flair for building instant relationship with his clients which creates win-win situations for the clients and the organizations that he works with.


Mr. Dumag is a senior talent acquisition leader with over a decade of hands-on and leadership experience. He has served numerous Fortune-500 clients like Microsoft, AT&T, Abbott, UPS, etc. He spearheads Tech Army’s Talent Acquisition team in IT, Aerospace, Telecommunication, Banking, Engineering, etc. His team possesses expertise in forecasting the industry’s talent needs and identifying skill shortage areas. They then design and proactively implement and innovative talent acquisition solutions by utilizing a sophisticated set of tools and techniques to include Tech Army’s proprietary AI-backed DEW software, worldwide portal etc. empowering our clients towards staying ahead of the curve. Another important role played by his team includes staying abreast of employment laws and regulatory changes.

He joined Tech Army in 2017 as Commanding Officer – TIRO. Jaris manages a diverse team of professionals – onshore and offshore and collaborates with management to develop strategies to improve long term employee engagement and productivity.


Mr. Patil is a certified SAP professional and has a Master’s degree in Computer Science. He has over 9+ years of experience in managing the accounting and back-office operations of the company. Mr. Patil has worked with reupdated firms like IBM, Netlink, and Xeeva, and lead their accounting and back-office operations teams for these companies.

At Tech Army, he is supporting sales and marketing by managing the complete back-office operations for Asia Pacific region, and is responsible for overseeing Accounting, Payroll, HR and other operations.


Shipra’s background in business development, client handling and writing gives her a sophisticated grasp in interpreting the Scope of any requirement right, and prepare a responsive, compliant, and winning solution. As a Proposal Manager, Shipra is charged with writing and managing proposals for State and Federal agencies. She is focused on ensuring our brand gets the right recognition and emerges as a ‘Go To’ place for best IT solutions and Staffing augmentation. That’s our forte!
